REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree AND 10+ years’ experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in geospatial data management, governance, and stewardship within complex organizations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Demonstrated skills in SQL, database technologies, and ESRI tools, with preferred experience in Model Builder, Python, and ArcPy for geospatial analysis and automation.
• Proven understanding of data management principles, quality frameworks, and privacy regulations, with the ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Established ability to analyze complex data environments, address data-related issues, and lead data improvement initiatives using structured methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams, document processes, and support audits while staying updated on industry best practices.
