Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated GIS Technician. This individual should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask on a variety of concurrent projects. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ArcGIS for data compilations, standardization, and data management. 
• Experience with geographic data mapping, spatial analysis, and cartographic product creation is required.
• Bachelors in one of the following disciplines: geography, GIS, environmental sciences,  or information technology.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of work with the ESRI products suite, and other GIS software such as QGIS and Google Earth.
• Familiarity with ESRI Field Maps, Survey 123 and Web Mapping.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus. 
• Excellent knowledge of statistical software & data visualization software such as R.
